Dr. Kamal Kant Vashisth, has dedicated his life towards making Direct Selling a respected profession. He is the 1st PhD in Direct Selling in India and is know as the education voice of the industry.
Dr. Kamal Kant Vashisth is a pioneering figure in the field of Direct Selling, serving as the Founder and Director of the Centre of Excellence for Direct Selling in Academics (CEDSA) at Shoolini University—the first of its kind in Asia and the second worldwide.
As one of India’s first PhD holders in Direct Selling, he is widely recognised as the academic face of the industry.
His insights have garnered a following of over 1 million people on social media. In 2017, he was honored as one of the Top 50 Teacher Innovators by the Ministry of Education, Government of India.
Dr. Vashisth also launched Asia’s first-ever academic course on direct selling and is the one who conceptualized the highly acclaimed CEDSA Direct Selling Conclave where all stakeholders of the industry get together and brainstorm on the pertinent issues of the industry.”
